Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy – Aroma247

 

All returns are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which must be accepted when placing the order.


Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide justification and without penalties, excluding return shipping costs which remain the customer’s responsibility.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us:

Items eligible for return must be sent back within 14 days after informing us of the decision to withdraw.


Cancellation Before Receiving the Package

If the customer notifies Aroma247 of their intention to cancel the order before receiving it, they acknowledge that it may not be technically possible to stop the shipment once the order is validated. The order will be shipped, and in accordance with regulations, the customer agrees to return the products within 14 days of notification.


Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be new, unused, and in perfect original condition.
  • Be in their original, undamaged packaging (sealed or unopened for perfumes or cosmetics).
  • Include all accessories, leaflets, and samples originally included.

Any opened, used, damaged, or incomplete product will not be eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping Costs & Procedures

Return shipping costs and any associated risks are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for shipping method.

Proof of return must include:

  • Recipient address
  • Date of shipment
  • Tracking number

Processing Time & Refund

Once the returned item(s) have been received and validated, processing takes up to 48 business hours.

The refund will then be issued within a maximum of 7 business days.


Package Not Received or Lost by Carrier

If you have not received your order, please contact us at: support@aroma247.fr.

If the carrier confirms the package as lost after a 30-day investigation period, a full refund will be issued.

If the tracking indicates the package was delivered or picked up, no refund can be made.


Unclaimed Package – Automatic Return

If the customer does not collect the package from the pickup point or delivery location, it will automatically be returned to us.

  • A refund will only be issued once the package has been received back.
  • Initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Incorrect Delivery – Our Error

If the delivered products do not match the order, Aroma247 will cover the return costs.

Please contact us through the « Contact Us » section to receive a prepaid return label.


Customer Order Error

If the customer ordered the wrong item, they may request a change before shipping, provided both products are the same price.

If the order has already been shipped, the customer must return the product at their own cost, following the standard return conditions.

Upon receipt and verification, a refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs).
