GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the Aroma247 website (www.aroma247.fr), operated by Aroma247, whose headquarters is located at 123 Avenue des Fleurs, 75000 Paris, France. Aroma247 specializes in the sale of perfumes, home fragrances, diffusers, essential oils, and related accessories.

ARTICLE 1: APPLICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any order placed on the Aroma247 website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Aroma247 reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date the order is validated.

ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS, AVAILABILITY AND OFFERS

Aroma247 offers a wide range of perfumes, scented oils, home diffusers, candles, and related wellness products.
All prices are displayed in euros (€), including VAT.

Each product is described as precisely as possible. However, minor errors may occur, and Aroma247 cannot be held liable for them.

Products are offered subject to availability. In the event of unavailability after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email. If the product has been paid for, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

ARTICLE 3: ORDER

To place an order, the customer must create an account on www.aroma247.fr.
A confirmation email is automatically sent once the order is validated.

Aroma247 reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of dispute, fraud, or suspected fraudulent payment.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE

Prices are listed in euros (€), VAT included.
Shipping fees are added at checkout and clearly displayed.

Prices may be updated at any time, but only the price confirmed at checkout applies.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

📦 Delivery Methods (France):

  • Mondial Relay: €4.90
  • Colissimo (home delivery): €9.90
  • Free delivery from €80 purchase

⏱ Shipping Times:

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery times depend on the selected carrier (generally 2 to 4 business days).

The customer must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address. In case of errors or unclaimed parcels, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

ARTICLE 6: INVOICING

An invoice is created for each order and sent via email once the order has shipped.

ARTICLE 7: MEANS OF PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) with SSL encryption
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (3 installments with no fees, subject to eligibility)

Payment is due immediately upon checkout.

ARTICLE 8: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, customers have 14 days after receiving the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in perfect condition.
  • Returns accepted within 14 days after withdrawal request.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the error is from Aroma247).

Opened items (including partially used perfume bottles) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned products are inspected.

ARTICLE 9: LIABILITY

Aroma247 cannot be held responsible for indirect damages arising from use of the products.
Its maximum liability is limited to the value of the order.

ARTICLE 10: DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution before proceeding to court.

ARTICLE 11: OBJECTION TO TELEPHONE SOLICITATION

In accordance with Article L.223-2 of the Consumer Code, customers may register for free on the Bloctel opt‑out list:

In case of unresolved dispute with customer service, customers may contact a certified mediator:

ARTICLE 13: FORCE MAJEURE

Aroma247 cannot be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure (strike, natural disaster, network breakdown, etc.).
If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either party may cancel the order.

LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products are covered by:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-1 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code)
  • The guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)

These guarantees do not cover:

  • Improper use of the product
  • Products modified by the customer
  • Visible defects at delivery
